Grandpa Ott Morning Glory

An heirloom beauty with origins in Bavaria, Grandpa Ott Morning Glory features an abundance of small, deep purple flowers with red star-shaped throats. Easy to grow, with sturdy, vigorous vines. Packet is 1.5g.

Planting

Direct sow seeds in spring in moist, well-drained soil when soil has warmed to 64℉. Morning Glory grows best in a sunny location protected from wind. For earliest bloom, start indoors six weeks before las frost date. Tolerates poor soil and prefers drier conditions, but be sure to water during dry periods.
