Carrying up to approximately 65 pounds, this sturdy spreader features an adjustable t-bar style lever control to change the rate of your spread with 20 settings. The moulded plastic tires are wide, rolling easily over small, flat residential areas. This residential spreader disperses material in a 20 foot width using an 8.2 inch impellor and contains an agitation system to keep the material moving. A steel rod is used as the linkage for the shut-off function, giving a smooth, solid, on/off to create a consistent flow of material through the hopper. This rod will not bend or bind like a cable and has better longevity. Spreading rates may vary depending on the characteristics of the material in the hopper. The CW1000 comes assembled requiring you to tighten only 1 screw.
